We’re thrilled to have you here as part of the Vettofit family. This WhatsApp community is a space for pet parents to connect, share experiences, seek advice, and celebrate the joy of pet parenthood. To ensure our community runs smoothly and remains a positive place for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

1. Be Respectful and Kind
•    Treat all members with courtesy and respect, even if opinions differ.
•    Avoid offensive language, personal attacks, or shaming others for their pet care choices.
•    Celebrate the diversity of pet parenting styles—every pet and parent are unique!

2. Stay On-Topic
•    Keep discussions relevant to pets, pet care, and Vettofit products or services.
•    Share tips, ask questions, or post cute pet stories and photos—we love those!
•    Avoid unrelated topics like politics, religion, or promotions for non-pet-related businesses.

3. No Spam or Self-Promotion
•    Refrain from posting advertisements, links to external businesses, or repetitive messages unless approved by the admin team.
•    If you’d like to share a pet-related product or service (other than Vettofit), please check with an admin first.

4. Seek and Share Advice Responsibly
•    Feel free to ask for pet care tips or share your own, but remember: this group is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
•    If a pet seems unwell, encourage the owner to consult a vet rather than relying solely on group suggestions.

5. Keep It Safe and Positive
•    Do not share graphic images or content (e.g., injured pets or distressing stories) that could upset members.
•    Report any inappropriate behavior or content to the admins privately instead of engaging in arguments.

6. No Adult Content Allowed
•    Sharing adultery, pornography, nudes, or any explicit content is strictly prohibited.
•    Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the group and may lead to legal action as per applicable laws.

7. No Buying, Selling, Breeding, or Fundraising
•    We do not allow the buying or selling of pets in this community.
•    Requests or discussions related to mating and breeding of pets are prohibited.
•    Fundraising (e.g., personal campaigns or soliciting donations) is not permitted unless explicitly organized or approved by Vettofit admins.

8. Privacy Matters
•    Respect the privacy of others—don’t share personal information (yours or someone else’s) without consent.
•    Avoid forwarding messages from this group to external chats without permission.

9. Participation Guidelines
•    Introduce yourself and your pet when you join—we’d love to meet them!
•    Use English (or the group’s primary language) for messages so everyone can follow along.
•    Keep messages concise to avoid flooding the chat.

10. Admin’s Role
•    Our admins are here to guide, moderate, and assist. Please cooperate with their requests.
•    If you have concerns or suggestions, message an admin privately rather than posting in the group.

Consequences of Violations
•    First offense: A friendly reminder from an admin.
•    Repeated violations: A warning or temporary mute.
•    Severe breaches (e.g., harassment, spam, explicit content, or prohibited activities): Immediate removal from the group and potential legal action where applicable.
